Deal Announcement – Sierra Emergency Products is Acquired by Hydro Tube Enterprises

Sierra Emergency Products, Inc., based in Fort Smith, Arkansas, is a privately-held manufacturer and distributor of emergency products to disaster relief agencies.

The buyer, Hydro Tube Enterprises, headquartered in Oberlin, Ohio with manufacturing facilities in Ohio and North Carolina, is a $20 million company that has provided tube bending, machining and fabrication services for over 40 years.

R.L. Hulett & Company facilitated the sale process by performing a valuation of Sierra Emergency Products, Inc., preparing an offering memorandum, contacting a limited number of financial and strategic buyer candidates, negotiating the letter of intent, helping coordinate due diligence, reviewing the contracts, and closing the deal.
