St. Louis Small Business Monthly Announces Best M&A Providers

R.L. Hulett & Company proudly congratulates Mike Rami on his recent acknowledgement as one of St. Louis’ Best M&A Providers! In March, St. Louis Small Business Monthly’s “Best in Business” section featured St. Louis area M&A providers that ‘won’t settle for just good enough.’ The service providers honored were nominated by SBM readers for being the best advisors for business owners in St. Louis.

SBM, locally owned and established in 1988, provides marketers the opportunity to access closely held, privately-owned companies throughout the St. Louis Metro area. Readers are from established companies of all sizes and have an average of 25 years in business. These companies are primarily in the industries of manufacturing, construction, real estate, wholesale, health care, banking, and business services.

Mike Rami is a career banker, having spent over 18 years in the banking industry serving middle market companies. He possesses an in-depth understanding of financial service processes, practices, and models. He began his career with American National Bank in Chicago then joined Mark Twain Bank and its successors in St. Louis, where he developed and managed multi-million dollar loan portfolios for various market sectors. Prior to joining R.L. Hulett, Mike served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending for Triad Bank.

In 2009, Mike co-founded Six Row Brewing Company, a craft brewery located in St. Louis, where he serves on the company’s Board of Directors. Mike also heads up the Financial Institutions Advisory Group at R.L. Hulett which specializes in providing M&A advisory services to community banks. In addition, Mike has a focus in the water treatment sector and recently paired with water treatment expert Dan Krack to enhance R.L. Hulett’s capabilities in this growing sector. Mike is very active in the community, working with numerous not-for-profit organizations in various capacities including the St. Louis Zoo’s Marlin Perkins Society.
