R.L. Hulett & Company advised in the sale of Renard Paper Company, Inc., a family owned and operated wholesaler of janitorial supplies and disposable foodservice paper products serving the St. Louis metropolitan area since 1953.
With annual revenue of over $15 million, Renard Paper has grown over the years to become a leading distributor in the St. Louis area of janitorial and paper products to schools and universities, nursing homes, hospitals, commercial building maintenance providers and a variety of other customers.
HP Products, headquartered in Indianapolis, is a distributor of janitorial, safety, packaging, lamping and laundry/dietary products serving customers in a variety of industries. With over 500,000 square feet of combined warehouse space, HP Products is one of the largest privately owned janitorial and packaging distributors in the Midwest.
R.L. Hulett & Company was the Seller’s exclusive financial advisor in the transaction and facilitated the sale process by contacting a limited number of financial and strategic buyer candidates, advising the Seller during negotiations with prospective Suitors and facilitating the Closing.
