R.L. Hulett & Company advised in the sale of Trinity Packaging, LLC (“TRIPACK”), a leading distributor of industrial packaging supplies.
TRIPACK distributes a variety of custom and standard industrial packaging supplies to customers throughout the Midwest. Since its founding in 1995, Vicki and Gary Koenig have grown the company into a diversified supplier of a variety of products including films, corregated boxes, tapes, bags, foam, plastic sheeting, strapping, material handling, jan/san chemicals and certain types of packaging equipment.
Henry A. Petter Supply Co. LLC (“Petter”) is a private, full line industrial distributor which focuses on marine supplies, MRO supplies, material handling and supplies for various industrial and manufacturing industries. Petter Supply Co. includes an affiliate, Petter Packaging, which specializes in tapes, cardboard packaging, plastic sheet wraps, and plastic bubble wraps.
R.L. Hulett & Company was the Seller’s exclusive financial advisor in the transaction and facilitated the sale process by contacting a limited number of financial and strategic buyer candidates, advising the Seller during negotiations with prospective suitors and facilitating the Closing.
