RLH Expands Technology, Media & Telecommunications (“TMT”) Coverage with the Addition of James Goebel Jr.

R.L. Hulett & Company, a leading middle market investment banking firm based in St. Louis, is proud to announce the addition of James Goebel Jr. as the firm expands its Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) coverage.

Mr. Goebel has spent most of his career as an owner and operator of several successful businesses in the technology and distribution sectors. He was the sole founder of a cloud software/VoIP company that he built from the ground up, scaled, and successfully exited through a private equity acquisition. Throughout his career, he has been on both sides of the M&A table-leading numerous acquisitions and overseeing several successful exits.

He brings extensive experience in banking, private equity, deal structuring, corporate finance, capital structure, and post-deal company integrations. In addition, Mr. Goebel has served on multiple industry and nonprofit boards in both financial and advisory capacities. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, Indiana.
