R.L. Hulett & Company advised GadellNet Consulting, LLC (“GadellNet”), a top Managed Service Provider in the Midwest, on the acquisition of Blue Key Technology.
GadellNet was formed in St. Louis, MO in 2003 and has since grown to five locations across the Midwest. GadellNet offers the full gambit of managed services, including comprehensive security monitoring, on-site and cloud backup, mobile device management, professional services, and more.
Blue Key Technology, an Indiana-based IT solutions company, will merge their talented team of Systems and Network Engineers, along with their ensemble of dedicated clients, with that of GadellNet immediately. Thus, securing uninterrupted and improved customer service by utilizing this robust, capable, and diverse staff.
It was most important to GadellNet that the ideology of the company targeted for acquisition aligned with their own ideology of strong commitment to core values and customer service. Blue Key Technology had, since its start, independently implemented technologies similar to that of GadellNet, but more importantly, incorporated an almost identical ideology of core values and customer service.
R.L. Hulett & Company acted as the Buyer’s exclusive financial advisor in the transaction and facilitated the acquisition by contacting a limited number of financial and strategic seller candidates, advising the Buyer during negotiations with prospective suitors and facilitating the Closing.
